Terms of sale and license

What you buy, how you get it and what you can do with it.

Draft, to be reviewed before launch. This is a translation. The French version prevails.

1. Who sells

The templates are made by Clément Lefebvre (see the legal notice). They are sold through Polar, acting as reseller: Polar collects the payment, applies your country’s tax and sends your receipt. Clément Lefebvre remains responsible for the content, the license and the help.

2. The products

Each template is downloadable digital content: a Premiere Pro project with numbered placeholder clips, titles, an example video, a readme and a license. The fonts used are free. Each template’s page lists its details, including the minimum Premiere Pro version, format, duration and download size. Premiere Pro is not provided.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. For buyers in Europe they include VAT. Payment is made on Polar’s payment page, opened on this site. The order is confirmed by email.

4. Delivery

The download link is emailed right after payment. Purchases remain available in your Polar customer area, with the email address used to pay.

5. Right of withdrawal

The template is delivered immediately. At checkout, you tick a box to ask for immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). This agreement is confirmed by email.

6. Faulty file

If a file doesn’t open, is incomplete or doesn’t match its page (for example, a different Premiere Pro version from the one announced), write to contact@clementlefebvrestudio.com. The file is fixed or replaced, or the order is refunded. This legal guarantee of conformity applies in addition to these terms.

To limit card disputes, Polar may also refund an order on its own initiative within 60 days of purchase.

7. License

You can

  • use the template in your own videos, personal or commercial, including for a client;
  • post those videos on social media, your website or your clients’ websites;
  • change the project, texts, colors and edit as you like.

You can’t

  • resell, share or redistribute the files (project, titles, example video), even modified;
  • publish the example video or any footage by Clément Lefebvre.

The license is granted to one person, with no time or territory limit. For a team or an agency: to be defined (one license per person, or on request).

8. Help

For any question, write to contact@clementlefebvrestudio.com. Answer within 24 hours, a little longer during filming trips.

9. Mediation

If a dispute isn’t resolved: details of the consumer mediator, once it is clear whether you or Polar carries this obligation.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.
