The data processed
Your emails
When you write to me, your address and message are kept in my mailbox, hosted in France by OVHcloud, to answer you, then deleted three years after our last exchange.
Your purchases
Payment is handled by Polar, which processes your payment and billing data under its own responsibility. I receive your name, email address, country and order details, for help and for my accounting (kept ten years, the legal period for accounting records).
Visiting the site
The host (Vercel) keeps technical logs, such as your IP address, to secure the site. Audience measurement: a cookieless tool to be chosen, or none.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel (hosting) and Polar (payment) are American companies. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Specify each provider’s mechanism (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
The site uses no measurement or advertising cookies. Polar’s payment page may set the cookies needed for payment. TikTok and Instagram videos load only when you click to watch them, and those platforms may then set their own cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your browser only.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@clementlefebvrestudio.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
